What is a 3PL, and what does Team 1 actually do?
A third-party logistics (3PL) provider handles the physical side of getting your product to the shelf or to your customer's door: storage, order fulfillment, and retail execution. Team 1 stores your inventory, picks and ships e-commerce orders, replenishes retail stores on schedule, and builds the co-pack and display work your program needs, all under one roof in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Where is Team 1 located?
We operate a 100,000-plus square foot facility at 2908 SE I Street, Suite 2, Bentonville, AR 72712, about two miles from the world's largest retailers, in a Northwest Arkansas logistics hub that's also home to Fortune 500 carriers like J.B. Hunt.
Do you only work with big-box retail suppliers?
Big-box retail and club-channel replenishment is a core part of what we do, and our location two miles from the world's largest retailers is built around that. But we support e-commerce fulfillment just as heavily, plus co-packing and warehousing for brands selling through other retail and direct-to-consumer channels. What services does Team 1 offer?
Three core services: e-commerce warehousing and fulfillment, warehousing and retail replenishment, and co-packing with PDQ, pallet, and retail display builds. Most programs use a mix of these, plus supporting work like kitting, labeling, IRC and in-store coupon kitting, and international shipping.
How fast do you ship orders?
Same day, when the order is received by 10 AM. Every order is hand-picked and verified before it ships, with photo documentation at load-out so you have proof of condition.
How do you keep my inventory accurate?
Every unit is tracked through our warehouse management system with barcode scanning and scan-in, scan-out control. You get real-time inventory visibility instead of waiting on a weekly count.
Is my inventory secure?
Yes. Our facility runs 24/7 internal and external surveillance and is protected by fire-suppression systems. Product is racked, tracked, and counted from the moment it is received.
Can you handle both retail displays and e-commerce orders for the same product?
Yes, that is one of the more common requests we get. We can co-pack and build the retail display for a launch while fulfilling e-commerce orders for the same SKU out of the same facility, so your inventory and reporting stay in one place.
Do you work with smaller or newer brands, or only established suppliers?
