Tyler Bucholz leads operations as Senior Vice President, turning what customers need into programs that ship on time. He is the systems thinker of the group, the one who builds the process, launches new programs, and keeps complex projects moving without the drama.

He manages vendor and carrier relationships and runs point when a program has a tight timeline or a moving target. Customers count on him for a straight answer and a calm hand when the pressure is on.
